Each project begins with free-of-charge meeting with the client. In this meeting, explore the possibility of the project and discuss it in detail. This is the moment to capture the essence of the project and let our client reflect on the project.

Subsequently, a concept scheme is made for discussion. Draft layouts are presented to show space utilisation, furniture layouts and any structural modifications. We also generate mood boards to display well-suited colour schemes for the project.

When our client agrees on the concept design, we move on to detail design and specification phase. Every component in the scheme is designed and presented with 3D visual simulation.

Once the detail design has been approved, a comprehensive cost plan is presented, which outlines the cost for each element per room the total amount of the project.

The project milestone is set and agreed by the client. Progress of the project is overseen on site regularly and any issues arising during the course of construction are settled quickly and efficiently.

Upon the completion of construction and decoration, we organise a full site clean prior to the installation of window treatments and carpet. We then coordinate the delivery and positioning of all furniture and furnishings.
